Booking Classrooms and Rooms

Since 28th September 2015, our classrooms can only be booked through the "AULE GOMP" system.
How to use the reservation system "AULE GOMP":
- Have to login on https://gomp.uniroma1.it
- Use the navigation bar for moving to smart_edu -> Gomp - Aule ed Orari
- Select prenotazioni -> Nuova richiesta
- Search for the name of the room of interest
- Wiew the calendar for the room of interes
All requests will be evalueted and approved by our validators: Cesare Bini, Marco Dante and Matteo Bauce.
INTERNAL SERVICE - RESERVATION OF ROOMS
It is possible to use the internal reservation service only for the following room:
- Sala Fiore
- Sala Cortini
- Sala Lauree
Sending an e-mail to marco.dante@uniroma1.it and dipartimentofisica@uniroma1.it for reservation.

The rooms of INFN which can be reserved are:
- Sala Direzione
- Aula Persico
- Sala Touschek
