Spin-Orbital-Lattice correlations induced phenomena in emerging materials
Spin-orbital-lattice correlations are getting known to define transport properties of the variety of emerging materials.
The present meeting aims to discuss various issues in this field and identify basic parameters to develop new materials with advanced functional properties.
Experimental and theoretical approaches for the characterization of spin-orbital-lattice correlations and their manipulation to obtain desired properties will be discussed. On-going research activities on the above involving scientists in Italy and Japan, will be presented in the perspective of strengthening the thematic research collaboration on advanced materials.
